All We Need Is Somebody To Lean On

I recently took a last minute and impromptu 5 day visit to Barcelona and I LOVED it! The place was so amazing and beautiful, with amazing weather and beaches! Whilst out there I obviously did some (a lot) of shopping and I managed to pick up this lovely maxi dress! Not only is the pattern nice, its also the perfect length for my short height!! I'm about 5ft 1/5ft 2 so finding long dresses that don't drag along the ground, like a small child wearing it's mother's clothes, is extremely difficult! 

I also adore the back, it's pretty much open with some straps which cross over. This makes it perfect to wear on a summers evening if you're popping out up the pub or to a friends! However, you could also dress it up with heels and wear out :)

The material is also very light with two slits up each side (which is great on a hot, summers day! Especially in England at the moment) but it also has a slip underneath to ensure it's not see through!! (Nothing worse than see through clothes.)

I believe I bought this dress for around €25 which is a bargain when converted to pounds.

Oh, I'm A Mess Right Now Inside Out

Today Fay and I had the day off so we decided to head into town for some outfit pictures! I am loving this new dress I got recently from Missguided. I wasn't too sure on it at first but now I absolutely love it! I love the patterns on it and really love the colour of it! It's actually a smock style dress but I thought it suited me better with a belt round the middle so it didn't swamp me haha

I teamed the dress with my trusty Vans as usual! I don't actually own any sandals or summery shoes so should probably invest in some as I can't live in trainers for the whole summer haha

The weather today started off really hot and rather nice! However, come the evening it had started to rain and got a tad chilly so I looked a bit silly in a dress haha Fay and I had a Nandos (which I got for the grand price of £2.80 as I had a Nandos reward ;P) and then we headed back to mine to chill out and drink tea with biscuits!

You Should Know Things Aren't What They Seem

The weather in England these past few days has been wonderful! I've just come back from Italy and this weather at home has made it slightly better having to leave there!

Fay and I decided to head into our local town and make the most of the nice weather by taking some outfit pictures whilst also chilling, doing a bit of shopping and having a cheeky Costa! There are some really nice places to take photographs in this town as it has cute little side streets and big fields near by which was the perfect setting in this lovely weather!

Afterwards we hit up the gym and then treated ourselves to a Nandos with Shane :P which was nice as I'd been on holiday and hadn't had it in a while! Nandos is a big favourite of mine!

Anyway here's hoping England has a nice summer this year! My next post will hopefully be of my holiday to Rome, it was an amazing place!
